1.1 Permanent or temporary change in land use, land cover or topography including increase in intensity of land use (with respect to local land use plan) Yes The proposed land use for the project is open duly approved under the provisions of Master Plan as sanctioned by the T&CP authority. Currently, the land is lying vacant & the aforesaid project shall permanently change the existing land use to commercial. There would be an increase in commercial activities in the locality.

Hence the clearances for buildings & vegetation are not required. The proposed site is marked for the commercial development by the T&CP in accordance with the proposed Indore Development Plan 2021.

1.4 Pre-construction investigations e.g. bore houses, soil testing? Yes Soil Testing has been carried out. Soil Investigation report is enclosed with document.

Local labours will be hired for the construction activity through contractor. Proper sanitation facility for manpower at site during the working hours will be provided at the site

Mainly domestic & landscape waste will be generated as solid waste from the commercial complex project during course of operation. It is estimated that at about 640 kg per (~80% water and 20% solids) day of waste will be generated from the commercial complex during the operation, which includes waste generated by the floating & working population, kitchen & restaurant etc. ? Construction materials will be transported in contractor’s vehicles. The raw materials will be transported in trucks by road estimated 02-03 truck per day. The existing road is capable of handling the additional vehicular traffic due to the proposed activities. During operation of commercial complex, parking arrangement will be done for 338 ECS.
